"Framed in Time", in Saxonville Square gets my highest recommendation. They really do excellent work; the staff is very knowledgeable and they will try to find you a reasonable price for your piece. I went to Michael's recently and was extremely disappointed: there was no sales person dedicated to framing, it took forever to get a quote on my project (which was higher than Framed in Time's quote) and it would have taken forever to have the work done.
I promise that you won't be disappointed in "Framed in Time". They are professional in every way and most accommodating.
The shop is located in the old mill building in Saxonville at the intersection of Central/Water Street.

Framed in Time in Saxonville did a fabulous job on a painting by my brother in law (a genuine ar-teest) that has a lot of sentimental value.

Might as well jump on the band wagon. My wife is an artist, until recently at Saxonville Studios around the corner from Framed In Time. She and a number of her artist compadres have used them for a long time. She recommended them to me when I needed framing help.
They did a great job of matching a somewhat unusual color for me. They called me back when they said they would, were pleasant and respectful of a novice, finished efficiently and had very reasonable pricing. I'll go back whenever I need framing done.
