I did some comparison shopping about a year ago (admittedly not extensively - just two local companies) and found that Federal Glass had the best price (by a good margin) and quickest turn around. They do a lot of volume in this area which is probably why their price was better than the other (whose name I can't remember but it was in downtown Framingham somewhere.) Also Federal has a showroom so you will be able to go in to see what your options are. And yes they do install.

Federal Glass seemed to work well for us, until the large bathroom mirror they installed spontaneously fell off the wall and shattered. Their response to this incident exhibited an appalling lack of concern, and was simply rude and dismissive.
At the time they installed it, we asked about also using clips, which they said were unnecessary -- glue was sufficient. Wrong!
I'd like to think that under similar circumstances, I would apologize for installing something improperly, and causing a situation that might've easily killed someone. Then I'd go see what went wrong to make sure it didn't happen to any of my other customers.
If you use Federal Glass, you'd better pray that nothing out of the ordinary happens that requires them to exhibit any degree of common courtesy. And don't trust them with glue.

Silton Glass beats Federal on customer service every time, (and I'll double that for "attitude" -- Federal seems to go out of their way to treat people like idiots).
I needed the side mirror "glass" replaced on my van. Federal Glass wanted me to drop my van off, let them custom shape a piece of mirror and install it. They seemed disappointed when I said I could install it myself and just wanted the glass -- but begrudgingly said they would make it and sell me it for about $60 -- (it was a rectangular van side mirror -- nothing fancy -- the kind Chevy put on every model of van for 30+ years).
Silton Glass had GM / OEM (original equipment manufacturer) replacement mirror in-stock. Silton's salesperson told me how to install the mirror "the right way", sold me a tube of silicone adhesive for about $6 and the mirror for about $22.... short story --- they made the sale, Federal didn't.
BTW --- Silton also told me the OEM mirror is non-glaring glass -- not regular mirror like Federal wanted to use.

My husband and I put in a new bathroom and got our shower door from Oasis Shower Door. They came out and measured it after the tile was in. Then they fabricated it and came out a few weeks later to install. We could not use it for a few days after it was put in because it has to dry. It is a frameless door and it came out great.

Several years ago we bought a shower door from Silton Glass on 135. Great installation w no problems. A year or so later there was a problem w the bottom strip. They came right out and fixed it. No charge. It's been perfect since.
