We've become big fans of Eo Noodle. They have the best noodle soup around - they use homemade noodles in their soups - and their non-soup Chinese fare is also excellent. The staff is friendly, and the kitchen is viewable and clean. We like to get takeout, as well as eat there.
I'd highly recommend Eo Noodle.

I have to second this recommendation. EO is not only great food, but the owners and staff are appreciative of the patronage, pleasant and the food is great. Try the chicken raviolis!
