My husband and I tried this nice little restaurant last Friday night and it was great.....we gave it high marks in quality, quantity, service and price. It is very informal with black and white checkered cloth tablecloths and is fine for family dining. The owner is very friendly and aims to please. They even offer two sizes of the entrees. We had Eggplant Alexander and Chicken Marsala....yummy salads, bread and we couldn't resist a nice piece of iced banana cake with nuts to go along with our cappuccino.
I had gone there recently for lunch too and had a delicious Panini and bowl of home-made tomato basil soup. I noticed but didn't try (yet) their take-out ready to go selections in the frozen case.
Cafe Italiano was in this spot previously.
