I would like to heartily recommend Amcho Carpet Cleaning. Barry goes above and beyond to help. I spilled contact cement on a carpet and was frantic. I called the manufacturer and they said that this substance does not come out of carpeting and that I should rip up the carpet immediately as the fumes are toxic.
I called Amcho. We have over the past several years 'remodeled' and ripped up carpeting that we have not replaced. So although we had used Amcho in the past, it had been awhile. Barry called me back that afternoon! Then he came over, just to see if he could get the stain out. I was happy with the timely call back. He was determined to get the cement out of my carpet and he did. I was amazed and grateful. His charge was quite reasonable, especially considering the time and effort he expended.

AMCHO carpet cleaning is a local family-owned professional carpet cleaning co., who does a great job. They handle residential and commercial carpet cleaning.

I hired Mark's company to steam clean several rugs and carpets in my house. They restored my white wall to wall carpet back to it's original color and removed the "pet smells" and stains from all rugs. I plan on having Mark come back to steam clean my furniture as well!

I highly recommend Mastrangelo's Carpet Cleaning. They do a fantastic job (quickly), are always on time, and are usually able to accommodate you within a few days. The price is extremely fair, as well. I have a 110 pound Pyrenees/Wolfhound who likes to leave fur and dirt all over the place, and they always get our rugs (and couches) looking like new again. They also clean grout, and they do a great job with that as well. We used a different, larger company in the past and they paled in comparison.
I cant say enough good things about them!

Although there are already recommendations for Mastrangelo's Carpet Cleaning on the wiki (that's how I found them!), I thought I would add to the praise for them. They are polite, kind, scheduled me right away and did a simply fantastic job for a great price. Our carpets have taken plenty of abuse from pets and kids and look brand new, thanks to Mastrangelo's. What's more, they sent us a thank-you card afterward--and we just received their holiday card, as well. Old-fashioned touches go along way, and they are most deserving of our recommendation.

I would like to comment on the service that I received from SOS Carpet Cleaning.
The job was done very quickly, could have taken some more time. Did do a cushion free of charge.
He asked for an old sheet to cover floor from over spray, but only used it one time on three pieces of furniture. I had to walk around and wipe up water off hard wood floors.
When he finished the floors, he removed the hose from my home, dragged it across the lawn and spilled the left over chemicals on my front lawn. It killed the grass all the way down to the street. There was a bunch of trash left in front of my home, that came from his machines, coins, hair, trash, hairclip, stuff you would pick up either on a carpet or inside furniture.
I would say that he was not that professional, brought his friend along with him, who he had to pick up in Cranston RI, that is why he arrived late to my house. Appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m. arrived at 3:45 p.m.. Quickly dragged hose and equipment into my home.
I hope that his service will be better for other people. I would not recommend his service.

My brother in law Jeff Bankert owns his own carpet cleaning business called SOS Carpet. His contact info is 508-761-6285 and he will clean your carpets for $15 a room with a minimum of 2 rooms. He does an excellent job on my carpets and we have 2 (messy) kids and a dog with white carpets. Give him a call!
