I recommend Automatic Appliance on Rt 9 in Framingham for both service and purchases. I have been a customer for at least 20 years and never been disappointed in their repairs, advice, delivery and installation, etc.

Like Norma, I have also had excellent results for many years in dealing with Automatic Appliance. I don't know whether or not their prices are the best, but for me the service - or potential service if needed - is most important. (Their web site does list a number of 'monthly specials.')

I know Automatic Appliance is already on the Wiki, but I just want to give them another positive vote.
They installed a washer and dryer for me this morning and the whole process, from the minute I walked into the store - through the purchase details, the delivery, installation - was a pleasure.
Belcher's is good too, but the next time I need to buy an appliance I will definitely go to Automatic.

I just had another positive experience at Automatic Appliance. As usual, they beat the big box store prices and offer superior products, knowledge, and customer service. It's nice when shopping locally pays such great dividends.

Just purchased a number of kitchen appliances from Belchers. Great experience dealing with people who are knowledgeable about what they sell. These guys know their products. No pressure sales tactics and they actually beat out Best Buy's sale by a little bit. No nickel and dime attitude. Painless delivery and installation. Belcher's even provided all rebate forms (NSTAR one as well) - basically just a pleasant experience.

I want to add my voice to the chorus of folks who are happy with the service they receive from Belcher Appliance. I rescued an unused, upright freezer from a garage and after getting it cleaned and running noticed the door wasn't sealing well. I called Belcher and owner Al was very helpful by giving me advice over the phone on how to "unwarp" the freezer door. It worked. Al Belcher was also very outgoing with advice on the merits of a dehumidifier. I'll certainly call Belcher's the next time I have an appliance issue.

Try Belcher's Appliance Center. The service is excellent and they stand behind their work. Can't say enough good things about them.

Belcher's appliance is reputable and amazingly service oriented. They come on time with parts and are always polite and neat. They have rescued me on many holidays (my oven's favorite time to break)

I actually have had wonderful luck with Natick Appliance, bought new washer/dryer delivered on my schedule set it up.
My house also came with a 5 year old Kenmore refrigerator with a freezer drain that kept clogging. They only charged me for the first visit, when it kept happening, talked to the manufacturer, and came out and replaced the appropriate part, all with no charge.
