Last month, I had the pleasure of dining at The Alamo Mexican Restaurant in Milford with my friend. I had the honor of meeting the owner of the place (Fred Sullivan) who is a gracious host. He approached our table and asked how everything was. Beaming, I enthusiastically shared how much I enjoyed the food ,ambience and service. It has been way too long since I have had such incredible authenic Mexican food. Fred is such an easy going person and he runs a very tight ship.
You can literally close your eyes and choose an entree, it is that good. The chimichangas and fried ice cream (yes that's, right fried ice cream) are phenomenal.
